FEBRUARY FITNESS SCHEDULE
BOSU Ball = Both Sides Up:   A challenging class that incorporates
cardio conditioning, sports drills and balance training.

Hot Spots:  Target a body part and work it!

Get Up:  Be ready for a heart pumping exercise class which may
include kickboxing, intervals or circuit training.

Strength & Core:   This workout strengthens your mind, body & core.  

Cardio Power Hour:   Be ready for intervals that may include
plyometrics, athletic drills and more.  

I. T. (Interval Training):   Challenge your body by combining strength &
cardio exercise for 30, 60, & 90 seconds.

Kickboxing:   Kick, jab, punch & move for an hour of cardio fun.

Pilates:   Use controlled movements to tone &  strengthen your body, as
well as to increase endurance & coordination.

Yoga:   Different styles and teachers.  Please check the fitness board
for descriptions.

Restorative Yoga:   Simple supported yoga postures, gentle stretches,
breath and body awareness exercises are designed for maximum
comfort and to assist the body's natural physical balance, postural
alignment and relaxation.

Vinyasa Yoga:   A class designed to address the entire body through a
vinyasa flow that will offer something for both our inner and outer yoga
body and practice.
